Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services provided through the website stakeprix.bet for the Stake Prix offering ("Stake Prix", "we", "us", "our") and are effective from 6 November 2025.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets and Participation in Games

  • Availability of markets and Games: We offer remote betting and online casino Games as permitted under the Operator's Great Britain Gambling Commission licence (account number 38898). The specific markets, odds, Games, and limits may change from time to time.

Modification, Cancellation and Settlement of Bets

Bonus Activation and Eligibility

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

Limitation of Liability

Maximum compensation per Bet: Subject to any higher limits explicitly stated in Game-specific rules and to your non-excludable statutory rights under UK law, our total liability to you in respect of any single Bet or Game shall not exceed the value of the stake placed by you on that Bet or Game.

Overall cap: Without prejudice to the previous paragraph and except for liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence), our aggregate liability to you arising from your use of the Services in any 12-month period shall be limited to the higher of (i) the amount of your net deposits during that period, and (ii) GBP 10,000.
